Material Introduction
텅스텐 희토류 합금은 텅스텐과 희토류 산화물로 구성된 합금으로, 희토류 산화물 첨가량은 보통 0.3%에서 4.0%(중량비)이며, 이는 합금 내에서 분산 입자로 존재해 고온에서 재료를 강화하고 재결정 온도와 고온 크리프 성능을 향상시킵니다.
또한, 이 합금은 우수한 전자 방출 성능, 아크 소모 저항성, 그리고 뛰어난 아크 안정성과 제어성을 제공하며, 주로 아크 용접, 절단, 개시용 전극으로 활용되고 특정 전극 특성에 따라 다양한 조건에서 사용됩니다.
